ERRORS AND SOLUTIONS

Error: "Parent record
does not exist
” during RD Bulk list Posting through Cheque


SOLUTION:If the Bank Identifier is entered wrongly, user has to cancel or delete the
E-Banking Ref. No. in HAGTXP and create the fresh list in Agent Portal.
Eg: This is because of the BANK NAME was wrongly entered as VIJAYA BANK in
parent record and VIJAY BANK in certain PO records.(
Entering incorrect Bank Name causes error)
